Standard Returns (Unopened/Unused)

If you have changed your mind or the product does not fit, you may return your item provided it remains in its original, unopened, and unused condition.

  • Eligibility: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the order date.

  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs for items returned due to a change of mind or incorrect fit. You can choose the best option for you to return the goods, but we recommend it is a method that can be tracked. 

  • Refund Process: Once we receive your return, it will undergo an inspection. Upon successful inspection, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Warranty & Defective Products

We stand by the quality of our products. If you believe your item has a defect covered under our warranty, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@rangekleen.com or 419.331.8000.

  • Evaluation: Our team will review your claim to determine if the issue qualifies under our warranty terms. We will also determine if the physical return of the product is required for our inspection. Photos will be necessary to complete an initial review of the warranty claim. 

  • Shipping for Defective Items: If we require the product to be returned for review and evaluation, RK will cover all shipping costs.

  • Resolution:

    • If a manufacturer's defect is confirmed, we will provide a replacement with the best possible exchange option available, or we will offer you a refund.

    • The replacement process will begin only after the defective product has been evaluated by our team.
