"Cookware" means durable houseware items that are used in homes and restaurants to prepare, dispense, or store food, foodstuffs, or beverages. "Cookware" includes pots, pans, skillets, grills, baking sheets, baking molds, trays, bowls, and cooking utensils.1

"Designated list" means the list of chemicals identified as candidate chemicals that exhibit a hazard trait or an environmental or toxicological endpoint that meets the criteria specified in regulations adopted by the Department of Toxic Substances Control pursuant to Article 14 (commencing with Section 25251) of Chapter 6.5 of Division 20, and is published on the Department of Toxic Substances Control's internet website pursuant to those regulations.1

A: Either side of the oven liner can face up! Both sides of this product are equal in non-stick properties, occasionally one side may look more "shiny" than the other, which is simply due to the manufacturing process.

Q: Will food stick to this?

A: This oven liner is non-stick, specifically designed so that foods do not stick! Occasionally, something gooey, such as pie filling or dripping cheese may appear to stick to the mat, in this case the mat just needs to be wiped with a damp cloth (after it has completed cooled) and put back in place!

Q: This is too big for my applicance, can I cut it?

A: Yes, you can use household scissors to trim the oven liner to fit your space!
